    Reintroduce MavenTest itest to test on Jenkins (thanks a PR)

    Reintroduce the MavenTest itest in a PR in order to be able to test on Jenkins (thanks to the karaf-pr job).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jbonofre/karaf MAVEN_ITEST

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/karaf/pull/277.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
