Problem with pom.xml generated by the blueprint archetype

Hi,

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems that there is a missing "instructions"
element within the "configuration" one in the generated pom.xml of the
Blueprint archetype.
I have made a pull request about it : https://github.com/apache/karaf/pull/4
