[VOTE] Release Karaf version 2.1.1

Hi,

We resolved 16 issues in this release (may take some time for cwiki to
update with this page):

I noticed that Karaf 2.1.1 still uses pax-web 0.7.3 (as Karaf 2.1.0 did). I
have great problems using pax-web 0.73 (and 0.8.0 which was recently
released). I don't know where the problems lies but staying with pax-web
0.7.2 seems to temporarily solve the problem - maybe Karaf should consider
doing that.

even though I think that a 2.1.1 should just contain bugfixes and
improvements, but not new features.

Yep, I'm also of this opinion...

@the problem: it seams to be a jdk error; maybe we can find a
temporary fix for jetty. I'm working on this. Additional information
can be found here [1] and here [2]. As soon as I find anything useful
I'll also spread the news via the ops4j general list. Any additional
ideas/incomes are still highly welcomed :)

could you raise on issue in Karaf's Jira for tracking this? While I
don't think we'll roll back a version (trying to maintain
dependencies), perhaps a new 0.8.x or 0.7.x series release of pax-web
will resolve your issue and could be incorporated into a future Karaf
patch?
