karaf PAXLogging overwriting the application specific log4j configuration

Hi,

I have scenario where my application is embedding karaf container and having it's own log4j configuration, once the embedding karaf container starts with PAX logging servcie  it is overwriting the application specific log4j configuration. Does any one have any idea how i can overcome this issue.
